SAFD Membership, PO Box 683166, Houston, TX 77268. Dues remain $40.00 or $25.00 for Students.

We will again meet at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church on Klein Church Road, Spring, TX. We will be meeting every other month on the 3rd Tuesday of September, 2nd Tuesday in November, January, March and May. Please be sure to mark your calendars.

Also bring a friend to join us and see what SAFD is all about.

What SAFD is all about-

Motto: We learn how, share the knowledge and then give away.

SAFD promotes the study and enjoyment of floral design through volunteerism, educational programs and community involvement.

SAFD was founded in the early 1990’s for women of the Northwest Houston area. SAFD promotes the study of floral design through volunteerism, educational programs and community involvement.

Members include: Texas Master Florists, floral shop staff, novice designers and floral enthusiasts.

Society for the Advancement of Floral Design (SAFD) is a non-profit association authorized under IRS Code 501 (c)(3)

Programs may include a featured speaker, top floral designer or a hands-on class in fresh or silk flowers.

Once a year SAFD hosts an evening Gala that is complete with dinner and a silent auction. Members also get to show off their skills by decorating their tables from linens to the centerpiece for the event.
